Skills for your meetings.

Ask your AI agent in plain words. It reads the meeting folder on your Mac and does the work.

s1ft

The base skill s1ft gives your agent access to the meeting folder. Each skill below uses it.

Run skills after each meeting

The app runs the summary skill after each meeting. A script of yours can run other skills after each meeting, for example follow-up-email after a client call.

Run a skill automatically

follow-up-email

You type Write a follow-up email for my last client call.

Example
To: Jo Client <[email protected]>
Subject: Follow-up: Kickoff call

Hi Jo,
Thank you for your time today.

Agreed:
- Start with the import pilot.
- A check-in every Thursday.

Next steps:
- I send the plan (due 2026-10-16).
- You confirm the contact for access (to confirm).

Best regards

Draft only. The skill wrote this draft in the chat and sent nothing.

SKILL.md

meeting-type

You type What kind of meeting was my last one?

Example
Meeting: Kickoff call, 2026-10-12
Type: client call
Confidence: high
Signals:
- Attendees: 3 people, 2 email domains. One domain is external.
- Content: price and schedule talk.
- Length: 38 min.

SKILL.md

weekly-trends

You type How has my speaking changed over the last weeks?

Example
Weekly numbers of your own speech
Week of Meetings Speech (min) Fillers per min (count) Words per min (median) Silences per min
2026-09-14 6 41 1.8 (74) 151 3.2
2026-09-21 5 36 1.5 (54) 149 3.4
2026-09-28 7 52 1.3 (68) 152 3.1
2026-10-05 6 44 1.1 (48) 150 3.3
2026-10-12 (thin) 2 7 1.4 (10) 147 3.5
Changes: fillers per minute went from 1.8 to 1.1 over four weeks. That is a real change. Words per minute and silences per minute show no clear change.
Possible reason: did you present less in the last weeks?
To keep: your pace stayed between 149 and 152 words per minute.
Limits: the week of 2026-10-12 is thin, so it shows no trend. The numbers do not say how your speech was received.

SKILL.md

review-my-delivery

You type Review my delivery in my last meeting.

Example
What stood out (in this meeting)
- Fillers: 9 in 12 min of your speech (0.75 per min)
- Pace: median 148 words per min, segments of 10 s or more
- Uptalk: 4 of 21 statements ended on a rising pitch
- Interruptions: you started speaking over someone 1 time. Someone spoke over you 2 times.
You said, at 03:12: "So we could maybe ship on Friday?"
What went well: your pace stayed steady. It moved less than 10 words per min between the first and the last part of the meeting.
One thing to try: your answers started after 0.4 s on average. If it feels natural, try a short pause before you answer.
Limits: one meeting is one sample. The data cannot tell why your pitch rose.
