s1ft is a macOS meeting assistant that transcribes and summarizes meetings, and measures your voice — without the bloated pricing, cloud uploads, or feature creep that define most meeting tools on the market.

Every meeting tool seems to follow the same playbook: record everything, upload it to someone else's servers, charge a flat monthly fee regardless of how much you use it, and bolt on features nobody asked for. We built s1ft because we wanted something different — something that respects your time, your wallet, and your privacy.

Fair Pricing

s1ft costs $19, once. That one license is yours for life and covers every future version. No subscription, no per-meeting fees, no monthly plan to keep an eye on. The app is free to download, and your meeting notes and transcription run on your own Mac. A year of a typical meeting tool costs $120 to $420; s1ft costs $19, whether you use it for a month or a decade.

Privacy First

Your meeting audio never leaves your Mac. s1ft is built natively on Apple's Core Audio framework and uses WhisperKit for on-device transcription. Transcripts stay on your Mac. If you want summaries, you connect your own AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Ollama, or LM Studio), and the transcript text goes from your Mac straight to that provider under its terms. s1ft never receives it. Voice Metrics and Your Own Prompts

s1ft records the pitch and level of your own voice on your Mac. Pauses, pace, and uptalk are worked out from that data. These are numbers, not scores or advice. s1ft does not coach you on its own.

Right now, s1ft is built for individuals — professionals who want to get better at communicating in meetings without a monthly subscription or compromising their privacy. Team features are coming later, but the individual experience comes first.
